Hope Meadows started Fly Paper Products 18 years ago while living in Toulouse, France. She started off by making greeting cards in English for the ex-pat community and getting the attention of a few retail stores in France. When Meadows moved back to the U.S. in 2005, she decided to make it a full time gig, growing into what it is today.
