Forms of Payment
The Museum Store gladly accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa.
To receive your order, you have the option of UPS ground shipping, UPS or FedEx international shipping, or pick up, with charges calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
For the pick up option, a store staff member will contact you when your order is ready and a convenient time will be scheduled for curbside delivery at 56 Nassau Street. Questions? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complimentary Gift Wrap
We are happy to wrap your item/s in our signature gold or silver paper. Please indicate your preference in the NOTES section of your order.
The Museum Store works with many artisans who specialize in handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the unique nature of their business, the artisans are typically happy to make you a similar piece when the original has sold out. In addition, many will incorporate a custom design within their aesthetic.

Create Your Own Gift
Want to mix and match items to create your own gift set? Go right ahead. We will gift wrap your package and add a gift card at no extra cost. Just make your intentions clear in the Notes section at checkout. We ship worldwide, or you can come to either store location (whichever is more convenient for you) for in-store pick-up.
The Museum Store will gladly accept returned items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Original form of payment will be the tender of return. Prior to returning an online order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information (name and phone number) so that we can efficiently accommodate your return request.
Items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days with a receipt.
