LIFE Custom Solid Pewter Paperweight
Regular price $ 95.00Life Magazine Paperweight
Inspired by the weather-worn newsstand lead weights that not only promoted the magazine but kept the copies from blowing in the wind, this pewter paperweight is reminiscent of the culture surrounding print publications. The Museum Store collaborated with Harley Spiller, whose father operated a paperweight fabricator in Buffalo, New York, for decades and produced the plates for Life and dozens of other companies.
