Marion Angelica

Marion Angelica's ceramic teapots, teacups and tea bowls were a lovely complement to the Art Museum's 2019 exhibition Eternal Feast: Banqueting in Chinese Art from the 10th to the 14th Century.

"In China drinking tea is a social ritual that honors relationships," the New England native says. "My goal in creating teapots and tea bowls is to invite people to pause and savor the moment with family and friends."

The collection was so popular, the Museum Store continues to offer a limited selection of Angelica's one-of-kind ceramics that will make you want to adopt this ancient tea culture.
