"When I was invited to create the cover art for Princeton’s 2023 Reunions, I wanted to make a visual that speaks to the unique sartorial tradition of the P-Rade and the Reunion Jackets and to convey the energy, creativity and diversity that is expressed during Reunions, in part through the many expressions of the stripe."

Composed of historic jackets from 1908 - 1967, this image conveys both P-Rade and fireworks, and is an emotive abstraction of the incredible energy of the Princeton community reconnecting and being together.

Robin Resch is a fine-art portrait photographer living and working in Princeton. In 2003, Robin opened her studio in an old barn in the center of town where she does portrait work on commission either in the studio, which is perfectly set up for professional sessions, or on location.

These designs are inspired by a Venetian Glass Blowing technique using thin rods or canes of colored glass that are fused together, wound around a bubble of glass and twisted and blown to create tiny, super fine lines or threads of color in the vessel. These pieces demonstrate some of the delicate, complex patterns that can be achieved with the unique, almost magical properties of cane-worked blown glass.

Nicholas Kekic is a third-generation glassmaker known for his vibrantly colored, functional blown-glass vessels. His work is characterized by strong, simplified forms and "jewel-toned" colors, blending beauty with everyday utility in pieces like pitchers, bowls, and pendant lights.

Based in Vermont, he founded Tsuga Studios in 2000 alongside his wife, Tamasin.

In preparation for the opening of the Princeton University Art Museum’s new building in 2025, one of the major works in its collection, a Mallorcan stairway and gallery dated to the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, underwent a multiyear conservation treatment. During this period, art historian Alexandra Letvin and conservator Elena Torok began to investigate its origins and history. The surprising story that emerged crisscrosses the Atlantic and features the architect Julia Morgan; the newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst; an American couple whose publications contributed to the field of Spanish art history but whose activities as dealers led to the exportation of countless works of Spanish art and architecture; a Mallorcan artist and gallerist who played a role in the dispersal of the island’s architectural heritage; and a baron and baroness who rebuilt their lives and art collection in New Jersey after fleeing Nazi-occupied Europe.

This richly illustrated volume features beautiful new photography of the stairway and gallery as well as archival and historical images, many published for the first time.
